When even the garages are a talking point, where does one start? From the large, paved driveway on your left find a 6-bay garage with both front and back automated garage doors. When entering via the front door into the foyer find a cloak room on either side. There are 2 gas fireplaces on either side of the foyer servicing the whole living area. The living area has staking doors that opens to the garden, with a view of the spectacular pool, sun deck and BOMA.

To the left of the foyer find a dining room leading to the open plan kitchen. Between these two spaces there is another gas fireplace. The dining room leads to the sun deck and formal garden which in turn leads to a covered and open patio with views of the 20-metre lap pool which is both functional and a thing of beauty. The covered patio has a built-in braai with counter tops on either side as well as a prep bowl. The open patio sports a pergola.
